Blair Schultz, Chair

Mr. Schultz has over 20 years of capital markets experience. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo with a Business Administration option from Wilfred Laurier University. Blair commenced his career in 2001 with one of Canada’s preeminent hedge funds, K2 & Associates Investment Management Inc., where over 13 years he held various positions, including Vice President and most notably, Head of Special Situation, Portfolio Management and Trading. Blair served as Chairman of Klondex Mines Ltd. from 2012 to 2014, an executive director from September 2014 to June 2015, and as an independent director until the sale of Klondex to Hecla Mining Company in July of 2018. Blair presently serves as a director of Eastmain Resources Inc., OK2 Minerals Ltd., and was previously a director of VMS Ventures Inc., where he chaired the special committee overseeing the sale of VMS to Royal Nickel Corporation. From the fall of 2016 until the fall of 2017, Blair was the Interim President and CEO and part owner of Langhaus Financial Corporation, a capital and wealth planning business servicing entrepreneurs. Additionally, Blair successfully launched his first CPC, Ring the Bell Capital Corp. and as director he is searching for an RTO candidate.

Ron Clayton, Director

Mr. Clayton is a highly experienced mining executive with over 37 years in the business. He has successfully guided companies through the mining company life cycle, including advanced stage exploration, development, construction and mining. Mr. Clayton most recently acted as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Tahoe Resources Inc. until June of 2018. As member of Tahoe’s founding executive team, Mr. Clayton led the construction of the Escobal mine as the Company’s first Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Operations, and the General Manager of several underground mines for Hecla Mining Company. He was also Vice President, Operations with Stillwater Mining Company. In addition, Mr. Clayton has held a number of engineering and operations management positions with the Climax Molybdenum Company and Homestake Mining Company and is currently a Director of Gold Standard Ventures. Mr. Clayton earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

Paul Huet, Director

Paul Andre Huet has over 30 years of career experience in the mining industry. He is well recognized for continually transforming, building value for shareholders, and producing positive cash flow for public and private organizations. Paul is a bilingual C-level executive with demonstrated expertise in launching, revitalizing, and leading multimillion dollar organizations to achieve tremendous growth. He is a unique and inspiring leader, who consistently demonstrates the qualities that foster an innovative and engaging company culture, and to persevere despite challenges and complex market conditions. Most recently, Mr. Huet was President/CEO and Director of Klondex Mines from 2012 - 2018, until the acquisition by Hecla Mining Company. Paul has a strong command of capital markets and has served in all levels of engineering and operations of Mining. Paul presently also serves on the board of RNC Minerals, and has served on several non-profit and publicly traded company boards.

Mr. Huet graduated with Honors from the Mining Engineering Technology program at Haileybury School of Mines in Ontario, and successfully completed the Stanford Executive program at the Stanford School of business. In 2013 Mr. Huet was nominated for the Premiers Award in Ontario for outstanding College graduates; he is currently a member of OACETT as an applied Science Technologist and an Accredited Director.

Jamie Haggarty, Director

James Haggarty is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA and CA) with experience in executive roles, as well as roles on Boards of Directors, in public and private companies.

Mr. Haggarty’s career spans across a range of industries from mining, broadcasting, sports, telecommunications and TV & Film production/post production. He has held senior executive positions as C.E.O, EVP Operations, VP Financial Operations and VP Corporate Development.

Mr. Haggarty is currently the President & CEO of Sim International, a privately owned company that provides production and post-production services to the television and film industries with operations in Los Angeles, Vancouver, Toronto, New York and Atlanta.

Mr. Haggarty has extensive experience with audit committees and public company Boards starting in 1993 with Inmet Mining (formerly Metall Mining), followed by Corus Entertainment and Rogers Communications Inc. His Board memberships include Klondex Mines Ltd (TSX and NYSE; 2012 to 2018), GreenSpace Brands Inc. (TSX; 2015 to present) and Gibraltar Growth Corp. (TSX; 2015 to 2017) where he either chairs or was a member of the audit committee for each company. Mr. Haggarty is also a volunteer Board member of the Toronto Blue Jays Care Foundation (2010 to present).

Mr. Haggarty joined the inaugural Board of Havilah Mining Corporation in 2018, where he chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Compensation, Governance and Nomination Committee.

Mike Hoffman, Director

Mr. Hoffman is a professional mining engineer with over 35 years of experience in mine operations, projects, engineering and corporate development. Mr. Hoffman is currently the Chair of the Board of Trevali and a director of Eastmain Resources Inc. He has previously served in senior executive positions at Belo Sun Mining Corp., Crocodile Gold Corp., Goldcorp Inc., Desert Sun Mining Corp. and Yamana Gold Inc.
